Community Member
The community member has one of the most important voices at the conference because they bring their life experiences to the circle.
Facilitator
Our facilitators are the heart of the organization! It is more time consuming of an opportunity than the community member or board member, but it is very rewarding to see the transformation of our youth. A facilitator helps guide the process and uses their skills to make sure the conference goes smoothly. They also assist in follow-up after the conference to make sure the youth has completed their contract.
